Since the Website is in operation in India, while using the Website, you shall agree to comply with laws that apply to India and your own country (in case of you being a foreign national). We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and without advance notice or liability, suspend, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the Website.

To generate credit reports for their customers, Speed Finance may charge the prescribed fees. These Fees are non-refundable & terms and conditions must be properly read & understood by the customer before making any payment. By making the payment, the customer agrees to avail services rendered by Speed Finance. These services are Speed Finance Premier, Speed Finance Special, Credit Consultation Fees, Score Sudharo & any other services introduced by Speed Finance from time to time.
By using the Website, you hereby consent to the use of your information as we have outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Display of loan, mutual funds, credit card or other financial products, offered by third parties, on the Website does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any sponsorship, recommendation, opinion, advice or approval of EarnWealth against such third parties or their products. You agree that EarnWealth is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information it may obtain from these third parties. Your interaction with any third party accessed through the Website is at your own risk, and EarnWealth will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such third parties or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with the third parties.
You agree and acknowledge that the credit shall be at the sole discretion of EarnWealth's financial partners (lenders, credit card companies, mutual fund companies) while making any application through the Website for a financial product offered by such financial partners; EarnWealth shall not be held liable for any delay, rejection or approval of any application made through its Website, and no claims, compensation in this regards will be entertained.
5.1) Product Misselling: All the lending partners of EarnWealth have their own credit policies and parameters for offering loans to their customers. EarnWealth Mahalakshmi must offer the product as per the policies of EarnWealth & it’s Lending partners. This applies to all the products that are on the product suite of EarnWealth. Legitimate selling within the framework of organization is most important requisite for EarnWealth Mahalakshmi.
5.2) No Advance:EarnWealth Mahalakshmi are not supposed to collect any advance, in any form of instrument from the customers. Disbursements, cross products etc are to be pitched and closed for the customers with proper usage of the prescribed script by EarnWealth.
5.3) No Cash Payments: EarnWealth Mahalakshmi are not supposed to collect cash payments from the customers. Collection / Deduction of Processing fees & any other administrative charges are at the sole discretion of EarnWealth and it‘s Lending partners.
5.4) No money transfers to personal bank accounts: EarnWealth Mahalakshmi are not supposed to demand any kind of monetary transactions, in any form of instruments like Cheque, Transfer to UPI accounts, Bank Accounts etc from the customers to their names or accounts belonging to them or their friends/family. Deduction of Processing fees & any other administrative charges are at the sole discretion of EarnWealth and it’s Lending partners.
The Website and all content and Services provided on the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EarnWealth expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy, as well as all warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. i) I/We hereby declare that I We have understood and accept the terms and conditions of EarnWealth. I We undertake and acknowledge that: I. For the purpose of assessing my/our credit worthiness, EarnWealth/its suppliers/its Partners is/are authorized to pull our credit information from CIBIL and/or any other agency authorized by RBI, data of the applicant(s), directors, group companies, and any other individuals who are involved in the said business, on behalf of which this loan application is made. (II). CIBIL and any other agency so authorized may use, process the said information and data disclosed by EarnWealth Group in the manner as deemed fit by them; and (III) CIBIL, and any other agency so authorized may furnish for consideration, the processed information and data or products thereof prepared by them, to banks/financial institutions and other credit grantors or registered users, as may be specified by the RBI in this behalf.
ii) By using the www.earnwealth.in and/or registering yourself at www.earnwealth.in you authorize EarnWealth Solutions Private Limited (including it`s representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) to contact you via email or phone call or sms and offer you our services for the product you have opted for, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on EarnWealth.in and offers by its business partners and associated third parties, for which reasons your information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy. You hereby agree that you authorize EarnWealth.in to contact you for the above mentioned purposes even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service(s). Your authorization, in this regard, shall be valid as long as your account is not deactivated by either you or us.
You agree to indemnify and hold EarnWealth (and its officers, directors, agents and employees) harmless from any and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Website.
Payments and Subscription fees includes any kind of membership, enrolment, subscription, referral whatever called fees charged by any person in the name of EarnWealth. It is advised not to make any cash payment to any Person, Partner, Representatives or anybody in the name of EarnWealth. Any such payment made will not be considered and EarnWealth will not be responsible for any commitments made towards it. No claim or refund will be entertained for any such payments made. Anybody making such payments will be doing at his/her own risk.
You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. EarnWealth may assign its rights and duties under these Terms without any such assignment being considered a change to the Terms and without any notice to you. If we fail to act on your breach or anyone else's breach on any occasion, we are not waiving our right to act with respect to future or similar breaches. Other terms and conditions may apply to loans, mutual funds, credit cards or other financial products that you may apply on the Website. You will observe these other terms and conditions. The laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms, as well as your and our observance of the same. If you take any legal action relating to your use of the Website or these Terms, you agree to file such action only in the courts located in Pune, India. In any such action that we may initiate, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the legal action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney fees. You acknowledge that you have read and have understood these Terms, and that these Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
