Terms & Conditions for Referral Partner for EarnWealth Application Welcome to EarnWealth ("Android Application") owned and operated by EarnWealth Solutions Private Limited (CIN U74900PN2014PTC152269), herein after referred and addressed as EarnWealth, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (herein referred to as Company) and having its registered office at Office No-409,C-Wing KPCT Mall, Wanwari, Pune, Maharashtra 411040. This document/agreement/understanding is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
Before you may use the Application, you must read all of the terms and conditions ("Terms herein”) and the Privacy Policy provided on the Website. By using EarnWealth's products, software, services, Website and Application ("Services herein"), you understand and agree that EarnWealth will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of these terms from such point of usage. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Application in any way.
It is strongly recommended for you to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms. EarnWealth reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Terms without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms. If you object to these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with the Website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the Application.
Acceptance of EarnWealth Referral Partner Program
EarnWealth Referral Partner Program allows individual/ Entities to get associated with EarnWealth and refer EarnWealth the customers who would like to apply for Loans, Credit Cards, Credit Lines, Real-estate, & any other product that EarnWealth may add from time to time. To participate, individuals must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”), which become part of the EarnWealth Terms of Service, and which govern your participation in the Referral Partner Program.
You acknowledge and agree that EarnWealth’s Referral Program is intended for and shall be used by Entities or individuals to affiliate lead generation and those Referral Links (defined below) shall be provided to EarnWealth only.
Description and Acceptance of Services
Company, hereby offers you with access to information primarily about certain financial products/services including loan facility, credit cards facility such as Savings account. The App provides loan, credit card facility, Savings account, fixed deposits which is powered by EarnWealth Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Your continued usage of the Services and ancillary services from time to time would also constitute acceptance of the Terms including any updation or modification thereof and you would be bound by this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated as per provisions defined herein.
You agree to receive communications through emails, telephone and/or SMS, from the Company or its third party vendors/business partners regarding the Services/ancillary services updates, information/promotional emails and/or product announcements. In this context, you agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, you further authorize Company to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers.
Company will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements entered into for providing Services and ancillary services.
License and App Access
By using the App you agree not to: (i) use this App or its contents for any commercial purpose; (ii) make any speculative, false, or fraudulent transaction or any transaction in anticipation of demand; (iii) access, monitor or copy any content or information of this App using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission; (iv) violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this App or bypass or restrict or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this App; (v) take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) deep-link to any portion of this App (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any service) for any purpose without our express written permission; or (vii) "frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of this App into any other App without our prior written authorization.
Eligibility
You declare and confirm that you are a resident of India, above 18 (Eighteen) years of age, and have the capacity to contract as specified under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, while availing the Services offered herein via this.
Submitted Content
By sharing or submitting any content including any data and information on the App, you agree that you shall be solely responsible for all content you post on the App and Company shall not be responsible for any content you make available on or through the App. You grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such content. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this App: (i) any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate rights of publicity and/or privacy or that would violate any law; (ii) any commercial material or content (including, but not limited to, solicitation of funds, advertising, or marketing of any good or services); and (iii) any material or content that infringes, misappropriates or violates any copyright, trademark, patent right or other proprietary right of any third party. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of the foregoing restrictions, or any other harm resulting from your posting of content to this App.
Payment Terms
1) By Registering on the App, you agree to the pay-out terms as proposed by the company.
2) You also agree that the pay-outs may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.
3) The pay-outs credited will be post deduction of TDS. TDS will be as per prevailing government guidelines.
4) The revenue credit for a referred customer which gets converted will only be given only for 30 Days from the date of application from the customer.
5) We expect our Referral Partner to support us to complete the journey of the customer on EarnWealth Application by submitting the required documents and push the customer to buy the product through EarnWealth
Lead Validity
1. Verified Leads - Your verified Leads will have a validity of 7 days or Lead submitted by another Referral Partner of EarnWealth or any other source, whichever is earlier.
2. Unverified Leads - Your unverified leads will be valid for 24 hours or Lead submitted by another Referral Partner or any other source of EarnWealth, whichever is earlier.
Completed Application Validity
1. Completed Application - Your customer's Completed Application will have a validity of 15 days or Application submitted by another Referral Partner of EarnWealth or any other source, whichever is earlier.
Service Fees
1. You are strictly not allowed to collect any money in the form of cash or any other instrument from your customers whom you are referring to EarnWealth. EarnWealth doesn't levy any service charges to your customers.
Bureau Checks
1) By registering on the app, you agree that Bureau checks like CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF will be generated by our lending partners for the customers referred by you.
2) By registering on the app, you are authorizing our lending partners to call, send SMS, Offers, and Campaigns for your customers, irrespective of their registration with DND/DNC, under TRAI guidelines.
Preventive Health Care Terms and conditions
Preventive Health Care Products are governed by common terms and conditions of EarnWealth and Indian Health Organisation Private Limited. These terms and conditions can be accessed on our website by clicking here. When you are using or planning to use these products/services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Wallet-Terms and Conditions
Dear Partner, Please read the terms and conditions very carefully before transacting on your wallet points.
1) 1 Reward Point is equivalent to Rs.1.
2) Welcome points are given only once at the time of profile completion. These points are awarded by EarnWealth as an appreciation of our relationship and for your future business. These points can only be redeemed after your first successful transaction like a disbursement of any loan type/sale of credit line product/Credit Card issuance to one or more customers that you had referred to EarnWealth.
3) Welcome points will expire within 3 months of its allocation.
4) Maximum redemption eligibility for Welcome points is Rs 250/- on your first transaction.
After successful disbursement any loan type/sale of credit line product/Credit Card issuance, EarnWealth will add Disbursement points to your Wallet. These points will be added within 5 working days of successful sale of each case you referred.
Disbursement points will not expire. However you will require to raise a redemption request within 2 months of its earning. Else EarnWealth will redeem all the points to your Bank Account registered with EarnWealth.
5) On occasions, EarnWealth may award Bonus points to your Wallet. These points will be redeemable only with your Disbursement points. If there are no Disbursement points, Bonus points cannot be redeemed. These points are redeemable in conjunction with Disbursement points. Disbursement points have to be more than the Bonus points. Else redemption will not be possible.
6) None of the points are transferrable.
7) All redemptions will be made to the bank account registered with EarnWealth.
8) All redemption requests will require approval from EarnWealth Admin. These requests will be served within 5 working days.
9) All rights of points’ allocations are reserved with EarnWealth. Any dispute to be handled within jurisdiction of Pune courts. The wallet points program may also change from time to time, or may even be discarded at the sole discretion of the company.

Registration Fees
By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you agree to pay 118/-(One Hundred
& Eighteen Only) bifurcated as INR 99+ Taxes as Registration Fees
-certification, as an EarnWealth Referral Partner.
Post registration if you want to cancel it, it won't be possible and
registration fee will not be refunded.
Any dispute will be handled within the jurisdiction of Pune Court.
All rights of points allocations are reserved with EarnWealth. Any dispute to be handled within jurisdiction of Pune courts.
Account Deletion
• EarnWealth Referral partner can delete his registration request anytime during his stint as a Referral partner with EarnWealth
• To delete the Referral Partner request , the Referral partner has to send a Request mail through his registered E Mail address to EarnWealth Business team on info@earnwealth.in & aniketnad@earnwealth.in
• While raising the request , the Referral partner will have to mention his Referral Partner code & Registered Mobile number in the E Mail subject Line
• The Business team will raise the request to EarnWealth technical team & confirm with the Referral partner once the deletion is done at the Back end.
• Deletion of the Referral Partner registration will take 48 working Hours to be executed
